SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping amount is calculated during the checkout process depending on weight, size and destination. Orders are usually shipped within 5 working days from receipt. Each order will be shipped via standard delivery and is trackable with a unique Tracking Number. We currently only ship to US addresses.
Currently we have a no-refund policy. See apparel exchange information below.
We do offer exchanges on apparel only. Please email us at email@example.com to start the process.
HOW TO RETURN A FAULTY ITEM
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive an item and it is damaged or faulty, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and include photographs if possible. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to return.
If you send the product back, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. Please note it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your bank account and should you have any concerns, please contact your bank directly.
